- The event grounds are private property. The owner is Multiversum Schwechat Eigentums GmbH, Möhringgasse 2–4, 2320 Schwechat. It exercises domiciliary rights alongside the respective event organizer.
- The instructions of the event and venue staff must be followed.
- Visitors may enter the premises, including the buildings (except for the administration area), only with a valid admission ticket. The ticket price is non-negotiable. All other persons must present an identification pass. Staying on the premises is only permitted during the times and in the areas specified by the ticket or pass. Exhibition stands may only be entered under the supervision of the stand personnel.
- The insurance of items brought by the dealer/exhibitor against damage, burglary, theft, fire, water, or transport damage is the sole responsibility of the dealer/exhibitor. Each dealer/exhibitor is liable for any damage caused to third parties or to the organizer at their stand.
- The organizer cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the use of its own stand equipment (including electronic devices).
- In the event of violations of the house rules, deliberate disturbances, obstruction, or inappropriate behavior during the event, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the person from the event and issue a ban from the premises. There is no right to a refund of the admission fee.
- Bringing alcohol, drugs, or potentially dangerous items is prohibited.
- An exception to the alcohol ban applies to the bar and the evening event: there, the consumption of alcohol served on-site is permitted in moderation; however, alcohol from other sources remains prohibited even in these areas.
- Entry with full cups is prohibited; they will be collected at the entrance.
- “Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the premises.”
- “Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the buildings (including e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.).”
- Escape and emergency routes must be kept clear. Stairwells are not to be used as seating areas.
- Dogs and other animals are not allowed on the premises. Certified assistance animals (certificate must be presented) are exempt.
- Facilities open to visitors must be used with care. Wall coverings are prohibited. All other facilities and equipment may not be accessed or operated by visitors. Visitors are responsible for any damage they cause.
- By entering KokoroKon, you agree that the organizer may use photos or videos of you free of charge for promotional purposes.
- Filming interviews, reactions, etc. is only allowed with the explicit consent of the person being filmed and the organizer. Derogatory content is strictly prohibited. If content is published without the organizer’s consent, the organizer reserves the right to take legal action.
- Taking photos of other people (especially potentially inappropriate photos, e.g., upskirt shots) is only allowed with their consent. If someone is reported for taking such photos without consent, they may be asked by staff or the organizer to show their phone/camera/etc. to refute the accusation. If the suspicion is confirmed or access is refused, this may result in expulsion from the event and a report to the police.
- Driving on the event premises (loading zone) is only permitted for loading and unloading. Access for emergency vehicles must be maintained at all times. The use of vehicles inside the buildings is prohibited, including scooters, skateboards, e-scooters, and similar.
- Parking in the loading zone is prohibited, except with a valid HaYuKo parking permit, which must be clearly displayed on the windshield.
- Due to the nature of the event, the carrying of bags and similar items onto the premises may be prohibited. For safety reasons, bags, similar items, and clothing such as coats, jackets, and cloaks may be inspected.
- Waffen und Pyrotechnik dürfen nicht mit in das Gelände gebracht werden. Dies gilt auch für waffenähnliche Stoffe wie z.B. Pfefferspray und Reizgas. andere Reizgase. Weitere Informationen findest du in den Waffenregeln der KokoroKon.
- The public display of badges, uniforms, or parts of uniforms of prohibited organizations is forbidden. Symbols, labels and emblems are also considered insignia. Symbols that are used as a substitute for original symbols “due to their similarity or their obvious purpose” are also prohibited. This means that the prohibition extends not only to obviously prohibited signs such as swastikas, but also to those that only suggest or imitate them, such as swastikas with omissions or other similar signs with other additions. Symbols that do not follow the ideology but can be interpreted similarly (e.g. inverted swastikas in Tokyo Revengers) are also not permitted on the KokoroKon due to the risk of confusion. - Event attendees must leave the event and the premises at the end of opening hours..
- For safety reasons, the organizer or building management may order the closure and evacuation of rooms or buildings. Anyone present must comply with these instructions.
- The distribution of flyers and advertisements, sale of goods, and filming for commercial purposes are only permitted with prior approval from the responsible organizers.
- Lost and found items must be handed in at the cloakroom. They can be collected for up to six months (info@hayuko.at).
- Cosplays must not be too revealing, i.e. breasts, private parts and buttocks must be sufficiently covered. This also applies to the 18+ area.
- Free Hugs signs are conditionally permitted at KokoroKon. Due to COVID-19 and personal boundaries, it is not permitted to force other attendees to hug someone. If reports are made to the organizer in this regard, the organizer is free to issue a house ban. Voluntary hugs are ok, but please don’t run up to strangers to hug them!
Age guidance
- Children up to and including 10 years old have free admission. Proof of age must be shown upon request.
- The evening events (Cosplay Ball, concert, afterparty) are only accessible to visitors aged 16 and over.
- ID must be carried at all times on the premises. Staff reserve the right to conduct ID checks if there is reasonable suspicion.
