There will also be a Bring & Buy at KokoroKon this year. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, there are a few rules:
We only accept items for sale that are anime/manga related and/or related to the scene (Japan, K-Pop, J-Rock, etc.). In addition, items on the following themes are also permitted: Disney, DC, Marvel, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Star Trek, Supernatural, Game of Thrones, Percy Jackson, Stranger Things, Grishaverse & Doctor Who.
Only private individuals may offer items for sale; commercial sales are not permitted. This also applies to supposedly profit-oriented resellers. If almost exclusively new goods are brought in, we must refuse to accept them on site, as there is a strong suspicion of a reseller.
Pirated copies or defective goods may not be offered for sale!
Lucky bags, mystery boxes and similar packaging that deliberately conceal the contents may not be brought in. The only exceptions are blind boxes, which are also offered as such in regular retail.
We reserve the right not to accept items for sale, even without giving reasons.
A maximum of 54 items can be brought, this applies if the items are collected on Sunday between 15:30 and 17:00. For all other collection times, the limit is 18 items. In addition, only up to 10 items of the same or similar category may be brought in. E.g. only 10 figures in total: Funkos, action figures and statues all count as figures. The same applies to buttons and pins, which fall into the same category. For reasons of space, this also applies to cosplays and wigs. Excluded from this are mangas, animes and CDs, here only a general limit applies.
The maximum number of sellers who can offer items at Bring&Buy is also limited. There is no guarantee or claim to be able to sell your items. The free places will be allocated in the order of the incoming sales lists. It is possible to submit items as long as there are enough spaces available. If the quota is exhausted, you will be informed on the homepage or the sales list will be rejected by e-mail.
The submission of several lists or the bringing of two sellers leads to the complete exclusion from the Bring&Buy for both lists. Each person may only bring items from one list.
Items can be brought in on Saturday until 5 pm. It is not possible to drop off items on Sunday, as the sale closes at 14:00 on this day. Collection on Saturday must be completed by 6 pm at the latest. The last collection point is on Sunday at 5 pm.
If you want to offer your items on several days, you don’t have to pick them up in between.
Only even amounts in 0.50€ increments are accepted as a sale price (no 1.99€).
Payments or disbursements are made exclusively in cash. Payments are made without exception upon complete collection. Interim payments are NOT possible for logistical reasons.
Sets such as manga series must be assembled as such by the seller. However, in such a way that the items are not damaged (preferably wrapped in cellophane film or, if necessary, stretch film).
Make sure that the price labels are attached in such a way that they cannot come off by themselves. But also make sure that they can be easily removed and that the goods are not damaged in the process. Items for which the price label has fallen off will be excluded from sale.
Do NOT stick the stickers near the EAN or other QR codes on the item.
No liability is accepted for theft. There will also be no reimbursement for any damage. We appeal to the honesty of all visitors!
Use of the Bring & Buy is only possible with a valid KokoroKon ticket; it is not possible to accept or return items (including payment of the sales proceeds) outside the event venue.
Uncollected items or sums of money can be requested a maximum of 4 weeks after the end of the KokoroKon; any costs incurred (such as shipping) must be covered. After this time, they will become the property of KokoroKon as a donation.
A return or exchange is not possible, we therefore ask the buyer to check the items for completeness and defects before purchase.
Persons who do not adhere to the rules or are unpleasantly conspicuous will be excluded from Bring&Buy.
We reserve the right to adapt or change individual rules if necessary.
Please also note the instructions that are sent together with the price labels.
Procedure:
Read the rules carefully and only take part in Bring&Buy if you agree with all the points.
Download the template and enter the items you want to sell in the list.

We accept lists until the number of sellers has exhausted our capacities. We will inform you via the homepage as soon as acceptance has ended.
You will receive a confirmation and a print template for the price labels by e-mail within 48 hours. If you do not receive a reply after this time, please send us the list again immediately. Make sure that you send a correctly completed list to the correct e-mail address. Entries that are not delivered or delivered incorrectly cannot be considered.

On Sunday, only collection is possible from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., between 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. the Bring&Buy is closed.
Have fun at KokoroKon and then collect the unsold items and your sales proceeds from the B&B stand.
