We will contact you after the registration deadline. As we only have a limited number of places available, we cannot guarantee that every registration will be accepted.
Stand information:
Booth space is allocated by square meter (m²). Each m² costs €65, excluding VAT. The booth space will be marked on-site; you must not exceed these boundaries. Vendors are free to decide whether they wish to use their own tables, shelves, clothing racks, etc. If tables are needed, they can be reserved using the form below for a fee.
If you prefer a certain stand location, please note this in the comments. We will try to take your wishes into account, but cannot guarantee this.
The sale of tickets for other events is prohibited, as is the sale of mystery bags and Al-Art products.
Stand size/price:
- The price per square meter is 65 euros, excluding VAT.
- Tables can be reserved separately. An additional charge of 20€ (excluding VAT) will be applied for each table measuring 200×50 cm.
- Electricity can be used for 75 € excluding VAT can be booked separately. Please note that it is not permitted to connect to another exhibitor’s power supply without having booked a power connection. If an inspection reveals that electricity is being used even though no power connection was booked, the power connection will be billed retroactively.
- The price is for the entire duration of the event.
Equipment:
- The number of tickets included depends on the stand size:
3-10m²: 2 tickets
10-16 m²: 3 tickets
16-28 m²: 4 tickets - If more tickets are required, these can be purchased via a link that will be sent after confirmation.
- All furniture used, including tables, must remain within the vendor area marked by the organizer during the event.
